The homes are anchored around beautiful Lake Zoar, a 909 acre reservoir on the Housatonic River. For nearly 100 years this community has promoted and advanced the social and civic status of its members.

Our yearly membership has 2 different levels for you to choose from.
BASE MEMBERSHIP
This gives you access to the Pavilion, beach and swimming in Lake Zoar.
BASE MEMBERSHIP + The use of the boat launch
This gives you access to the Pavilion, beach, swimming in Lake Zoar, non-motorized watercraft launch and use of the boat ramp to launch a motorized watercraft.

Invoices have gone out for your 2026 ROLZA Membership. Please pay by April 1 to stay in good standing.
We now have slips for lease for non-motorized boats (like a kayak) for the 2026 season with a paid membership. Please take advantage of this new perk!
The Rolza Pavilion property is always in need of volunteers to keep it pristine. As the snow melts please come on down and help clean up!
